Direct from our own farms to our own butchery
In order to satisfy our customer’s need for good provenance and quality, we invested in our own butchery nearby to our farms. This allows us to control the process from rearing our animals right through to delivering the perfect product to our customers.
Our team of highly trained butchers, lead by James, prepare each cut to customer specifications. We can work with customers to determine exact expectations and then, having established what’s required, deliver a consistent product and portion size for any quantity.
The location of our butchery and fleet of refrigerated delivery vehicles based within minutes of the A1 enables us to produce in quantity and supply nationwide.
Our purpose built maturation room is used to dry age a range of products to customers requirements. The presence of Himalayan rock salt aids in the process.
