Our rose veal is a local and ethical alternative to regular veal which is more often than not imported.

rather than being reared in veal “crates”, this veal has been reared either free range or, during winter months, kept on loose straw bedding. It gets it’s Rose name from the pale colour of the meat which is deliciously tender.
